Class Schedule and Updates

Greetings all – Registration is now open for April and May classes. I will be gone part of May, so I will extend the April classes into May to make either a 5 or 6 week series. As usual, you can sign up for all the classes in the series (recommended), or you can check with me about drop-in options.

A note about drop-in options: Because the space is small, there is no guarantee that there will be room for another person. Before coming to any class, please contact me to see if there is space available. Thank you!

I am available on a limited basis for private yoga and functional movement classes, either 1:1 or small groups. Contact me for further information.

Slow, Steady, and Strong
9-10:30am (Monday? or Tuesday? Let me know!)

I am considering opening this class again, either on Monday or Tuesday mornings. If you would like a morning class on either of those days, please send me a note to let me know. I will update this if and when there is enough interest. Thanks! 

Thursday Morning Gentle Yoga
9:30-10:45am April 3 – May 8
6 weeks

6 Thursdays. This is a gentle class in a shorter time frame that is great for beginners or anyone who wants to be more attentive to their bodies with movement and range of motion. We work with elements of strength, balance, and stretching, but at a slower pace that allows time to explore sensation and movement. We may work with chairs and other props, depending on the group. There is always opportunity for questions.

Saturday Morning Yoga
8-9:30am April 5 – May 10
6 weeks

6 Saturday mornings. Slow and Steady Yoga that can lean strong or gentle, depending on the day and our needs. Includes strength, flexibility, balance, and flow. Adjusted to the needs of the participants.

Monday Evening Gentle Yoga
5:30-7pm April 7 – May 5
5 weeks

5 Monday Evenings. This is a slow and gentle class that is great for beginners or anyone who wants to slow down and be more attentive to their bodies with movement and range of motion. We work with elements of strength, balance, and stretching, but at a slower pace that allows time to explore sensation and movement. There is always opportunity for practice and questions.
