Class Schedule and Updates
September – October 2026
Hello Yoga Friends!
Summer is winding down, and it’s time to post the Fall class schedule. The August dates are still posted below in case you want to drop in for a class.
Registration is now open for September – October classes.
You can sign up for all 6 classes within a series (recommended) or you can drop in and pay individually if there is space available. Registration for the series is available here through the website (see links below); for a drop-in option, reach out to me directly.
Registration for the full 6 weeks is $108 and guarantees you a spot in class. Drop-in rate is $20 per class.
Note regarding drop-in options: Because the classes are intentionally small, there is no guarantee that there will be a drop-in space available. Before coming to any class, please contact me to see if there is room. Thank you!
Private Yoga
I am available on a limited basis for private yoga and functional movement classes, either 1:1 or small groups. Contact me for further information.
Questions/comments?
As always, reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you in a class soon!
Note: All updates on classes are sent out via email as well as posted here. If you are not on my mailing list, and would like to be, you can add yourself here.

Who is this class for?
This is a great class for you if you are new to yoga, or if you have tried yoga but felt like you couldn’t make it work for your body. It is also a great class if you just like to slow down and be a little more intentional and gentle in your practice.
What’s it like?
In this slow and gentle class we work with strength, stretching, and balance. We throw in a little core work on occasion! Movements are slow, and you will learn to pay attention to your breath and how that helps create presence and stability in your body. The class structure changes, depending on the needs of the group, but always there is time to explore movements and ask questions as needed.

Who is this class for?
This class is for you if you already have some experience with yoga and would like to build more strength in your body and in your practice.
What’s it like?
Let’s get strong together! This class builds on Amy’s classic Slow and Steady class, and adds in extra strength work. We will work with a variety of poses and unique movements that address different areas of strength in the body. One of the unique aspects of this class is the integration of an inner energy – how can we tap in to a sense of strength from the inside out? We will include (of course!) core work and balance, and probably plenty of laughter. Class will wind down with slow stretch and release techniques that will set you up for a great day.
Because this class builds on itself each week, it is best if you can sign up for the whole series. If you have worked with me before, and have a solid base of strength, you may be able to drop-in to some of the classes. Please check with me first.

Who is this class for?
This class is for you if you are new to yoga, or if you’ve ever tried yoga and said “my body doesn’t do that!” It’s also for you if you are not able to get up and down off the floor easily, or you need any extra support with balance. You will have the option of chair yoga, floor yoga, or a combination.
What’s it like?
All classes are technically adaptive classes! All it means is that you learn to adapt yoga poses to meet the needs of your body, rather than trying to pretzel your body into yoga(!). In this class, we work gently with strength, balance, and stretching, and we take it slow. We work with chairs, blocks, the wall, and other props. There are many ways to adapt poses for different body types, so we allow plenty of time for exploration and questions. There’s usually lots of laughter in this class! Come have fun and discover how yoga can benefit you!

Who is this class for?
This class is for you if you like a little challenge while still honoring that Saturday morning chill vibe. Students in this class have some experience with yoga, but if you are new to yoga and fairly active and comfortable moving your body, you are also welcome.
What’s it like?
Slow and Steady Yoga builds strength while also allowing for gentleness and flow. We include strength, flexibility, balance, and we continue to work with breath awareness. (And yes, we do all the lovely moves to strengthen the core!) For those who’ve worked with me (amy) in the past, you might remember this as our classic Slow and Steady Yoga from the CCY studio days.

Who is this class for?
This is a great class for you if you are new to yoga, and/or new to building strength and flexibility. The class will move slowly, and give you time to explore the movements and postures in ways that work best for your body. If you want to build stronger muscles and bones in a gentle and welcoming container, this might be the right place for you!
What’s it like?
This is a gentle class that is geared toward building strength, and moving into flexibility. For those who attended the strong bones class, you will find that much of the strength work here builds on what you learned there. No need to have taken that class previously, however. This class is open to all, and is a great introduction to foundations of strength and flexibility. We will also explore how strength and flexibility work together for more optimal movement and balance.
